Returns & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

In its original condition with all tags attached.

Returned in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, our team will share the return instructions. Products sent back without an approved return or exchange request will not be accepted.
Maternity Panties
Due to hygiene reasons, Maternity Panties are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Customers who purchase a Pack of 3 Maternity Panties may exchange up to 2 panties for a different size.

Exchange is allowed only if the panties are unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original condition.

Only one exchange request is permitted per order.

Refunds are not available for panties.
Maternity Bras
Our Maternity & Nursing Bras and Maternity Lounge Bamboo Bras are eligible for size exchange only within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn.

Returned with all original tags attached.
-
In its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used, washed, damaged, or tag-removed bras are not eligible for return or exchange.
Maternity Pants
Our Maternity Pants are eligible for return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags are attached.

The product is returned in its original packaging.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Nightwear, Feeding Dresses & Other Apparel
Our Nightwear, Feeding Dresses, Maternity Dresses, and all other apparel are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All tags are intact.

The product is returned in its original packaging.
Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used, washed, or damaged products.

Products returned without original tags or packaging.
-
Maternity Panties (except eligible size exchange for up to 2 panties from a Pack of 3).

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
-
Gift cards, promotional items, or any products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within the applicable processing timeline.
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and any convenience fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/incorrect product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Maternity Panties), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, our team will get back to you and once return is picked up, Exchange will be shipped.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
